Hi Steve. Theres a Chester charity called The Bren Project who provide work for people with disabilities. They do up bikes to sell on . They also pick up from Wirral as far as I know for more than a single bike. Might be useful to you and them if you get no local replies. http://www.brenproject.org.uk/
