Just watched the highlights. Cant get into hockey but great fight back and win. I know you don't like sport fish and it must be a pain in the left one In work yesterday my mate said "what has happened to the bbc news in the morning? there is only olympics and no other news" It didn't even cross my mind at how much it must be winding up the millions of people that hate sport Ah well, its nearly over

cool. Thanks. All tucked up now so reliant on Iplayer which tends to buffer. Hoping to stay awake long enough for Usain Bolt's last fling. Lollipop, it is exhausting. Yesterday after the triathlon, I had to lie down.  Son said.."you haven't done anything "

Senor Olympic Official ,Pat Hickey is now in maximum security prison. Bail refused and it could be that he won't be going anywhere for at least 12 weeks, when the inquiry could be completed.
A pretty grim experience for anyone in a Brazilian prison.

I know you don't like sport fish and it must be a pain in the left one Not quite true-- having played rugby for Old Instonians, football, done a marathon, competed in town games for BI at shot put and always 2nd in 100ms at school. Think I may have medalled in the egg and spoon race. Any more evidence for relay disqualification...all the runners seem to changing batten over in the same manner.

There still doesn't seem to be an update on the relay. Pretty cruel call. On a brighter note, Heath won GOLD in kayaking. Didn't see it though.

Been thinking I might enter for the synchronised swim in 2020. Are you on a water meter? Will cost a bit to fill the bath every day so you can practice by ducking under and holding your nose. After watching the Russian synchronised girls Weightlifting looks easier.
