Police slammed a scrambler bike rider who filmed a terror ride through the streets of Rock Ferry and Birkenhead. The video shows the rider pulling high-speed wheelies and cutting up traffic - brazenly showing off their disregard for the safety of other drivers. click me

If the rider is on an uninsured non roadworthy bike (media call them 'scrambler' or 'off-road' bikes) needs book throwing at them, just as if driving an uninsured vehicle of any description, be it a car/van/lorry etc. with vehicle in question being crushed. A ban, if licensed, with forced re test for any future application.
If under age, would like to see courts order parent(s) accompany individual on every outing from family home for a relevant period of time - and to enforce some form of penalty on parent for supplying the machine in the first place. Hopefully as a deterrreent for the parent(s) for allowing offspring to behave like that in first place.
If is on a fully licensed and insured bike, would advocate same treatment along with custodial sentence and permanent license condition to limit future ability to legally ride larger motorbikes.

Its a regular occurrence round there, riders with no plates on off road bikes, with no helmets, blatantly flaunting the law. They ride on the roads, pavements, down footpaths, through the parks etc...
Ive even seen one razzing down the road giving the "V" to passing police cars, but the Police dont even give chase as they are not allowed as it is to dangerous.

They all park up somewhere - presumably with adults consent - if they arent adults themselves. Needs someone to take a stand and report the b'stards to prevent injury or worse.

There you go....recent news sees a 17 year old die on the scrambler in liverpool...
Maybe society will DO something the more this happens!
