My daughter son in law and 5 children are living in a 4 bed 3 storey council townhouse in Wallasey. They are desperate to move nearer to family in Wallasey Village. The house is 5 years old and has underfloor heating and has recently had a new flooring throughout the ground floor. There is a bathroom on both upper levels and a downstairs toilet. Patio doors leading to a sizeable garden and a drive to the front of the house. In return they would require four bedrooms. Understandably this would have to be agreed by the council.

Have the put the exchange on property pool plus?
While property pool plus is the official site for Wirral social housing, there are a number of other exchange sites as well.

Thanks for your reply diggingdeeper. Yes she is in the process of putting it on prop pool mutual exchange. You did mention other exchange sites, do you have the names please.
