Ok, the car has gone to Prosport today for its final set up etc.

Who is going to hazard a guess at the bhp when it comes out?

hmm ill go first thinkin about 210 but thats a complete guess

ok heres some help. Runs standard at 212 bhp, here is the new spec list...........

1.Whats intercooler purge?
2.Why a brand new 2.0 and not the 2.5?
3.Isnt the whole point of scoobys to have an unequal manifold legnth
4.I reckon circa 330BHP at the fly
5.What do u think of the GGR500STI8?

Thats why i asked questions 2,3 and 5. Read a feature on the GGR500 and its ace

1) cold air sprayed onto the front mount to keep it cold and air charge temps down.

2) didnt want to go 2.5 route, means insurance assesments etc etc.

3) yes but you lose the unique noise with a equal length system

4) good guess

5) nice but alot of money and again insurance issues.

550???? ROFL. The GGR500 is a good spec engine and thats not a bad way to blow 20k!! Features a 1.5 boxer lump with loads of swish parts on.

If u dont mind me askin,how much has all your engine work cost ya john.IE/ how much would it cost to get a fresh 2.0 turbo scooby to the power u'll be runnin
