What is under construction a the Cammel Lairds' site between their ship assembly building and the oil terminal?
I drove down Campbelltown Rd the other day and the whole site was alive with construction work?
The Tranmere spaceport perhaps?

Maybe the launch pads for rockets - when they are built - will reveal the plan.
