is there any one who can give me some advice on bailiffs as there are going to remove my goods for my daughters bill any one got any advise if they can do this as it is my house and my stuff not my daughters

Dont let them in. Dont sign nothing + ring CAB ASAP 0844 477 2121. Good luck. Make sure all windows+ doors are shut too.

Is this their first visit or second?
If it is their first visit, do not let them in and they can't do anything.
If you have already let them in on their first visit, they are permitted to enter your property - obviously not forced so lock all windows and doors

my daughter had 1 letter hand posted through my letter box today no one knocked on door and got a letter in may but she was not living with me she is not working when i phone bailiff up he was such a bully very nasty i told him i was going the cab advice tomorrow and he sed he will be here 6am in morning
