Would anyone know who to contact to rent the workshop on the car park just below the observatory to open as an art gallery / workshop ? Any help greatly appreciated

I did know who owned it but I've forgotten. Dr Pickles at Bidston lighthouse and cottages will probably help you out he's a very nice helpful bloke CLICKY
