Lighten up Rude...Gary was the one who wants love not war ! Try not to create one please. Point taken Granny. Stand by my view though.  (Did not intend to start a war btw- I just know that comments like 'pull your socks up' 'get a grip' etc can be very damaging to those with m.h issues)

Point taken Rude, but Gary does have a sense of humour, which unlike others with MH, he is happy to share with us. So he should be encouraged. Just my opinion Not talking behind your back Gary, I know that would be worse for you or anyone.

I'm sorry for causing any friction between you ladies .... I appreciate the comments and suggestions , but truly I'm fairly thick skinned and can take any comments that get posted !! Believe me I have exhausted my brain with ideas as to what to do for the best regarding my sad situation that is my life !!
I'm 41 and genuinely nothing that has been suggested over the years enthuses me ..think my brain has just gone kaput and my body is following suit for the want of a better phrase !
Thanks for caring enough to comment by the way ... and no I'm not suicidal or anything like that just incase you wondered !!
Just been messed with too many times and have become poor lonely and sad as I posted earlier !! Will hope things get better xx

if your'e looking for a venue eggandchips is taking over 'talullahs' in new brighton, soon to be revamped and renamed 'THE CORNER' hopefully sign next week open for tea and coffee from 9.am, alcohol 11am-11pm or 12pm fri sat sun, live acts fri sat sun, quizzes etc to be arranged, will i be seeing a wiki team? feel free to call in..... Why don't we have a singles night at a pub for all the Wiki people who would like to meet someone to make friends with?
For those who feel they wouldn't like to get too involved, they could go incognito without saying their Wiki usernames when meeting up, so no embarrassment if they didn't 'take' to each other.
This might be the answer for Gary and others in the same boat who don't know how to get started.

Not too bad ta ..Me and Mum have my great-niece staying over at the weekends for the foreseeable future (long story)
So I'm mostly getting harrassed and bullied by a 4yr old monster at the weekends hahaha , How are you ??

ive been battling depression ( we traced it back to 1980) believe it or not. i was made redundant again in 2008, and just as i was making inroads, i lost my wife suddenly in 2012.
i have 2 dogs that need to be walked every day, and the number of people who speak to you when your dog walking is amazing. i would deffo buy a pup, or borrow a dog, you will be amazed

If I ever get my frustrating ATOS/DWP mandatory reconsideration / appeal / tribunal / wild goose chase / thing sorted ... may be able to think about socializing or recovering from what has been an awful few years!!
