Why don't we castrate these nutters? Agreed, Moonstar. Put them out of their misery. Then roast and serve on a bed of tossed salad, to be eaten by the culprit at their leisure, or starve.

A absolute disgrace! And the cab drivers should lose his badge, even if he didn't want to get in involved , he could surely have waited and called the police!
