Hi can anyone please help. We've just got some ink (chipped) for this printer off eBay it said it was compatible with my printer but we've just tried them and it's saying there not compatible and non Hp ink, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get them working please or advice? thanks - (we have got the old cartridges but can't find 1 of them so we can't put the new ink in the old ones)

I would first contact the seller. As they are not as described. Open a dispute with ebay. Open a dispute with paypal. Hopefully the seller will want to resolve the issue. But it should be at there cost as its there mistake not yours. Double check your order you ordered the correct items for your printer. Hope that helps

Sometimes you use a piece of software to fool the printer into thinking that they're real, other times it's a chip.
I've also found that if you replace only a few of the inks at a time (do one, or two, let it go through warmup, then do more) that it seems to accept copies more readily than if you do them all at once.
