ps4 set up to play with family only to have psn go down, been two days now

sorry to hear that mate, with all things new there are sometimes problems, gta v had online problems too, probably too many people trying to get on crashed the network servers.
Shouldn't last much longer as Sony aren't ones to dissapoint thier customers.

This just for the console update?
If so why not go on a pc and download it from there?
PSN is working online and on PS3 at the min.

hi Michelle, no the updated is ok it's just the online play with the ps4 keep dropping out it's just a ps4 thing I think (too many people online over the holidays clogging up the servers) it's been better today but signs you out at random times/in mid game just like mr ste said  it's ok I can play but online is a no no at this time.

Its to be expected. been a few problems with the xbone to. nothing to bad as Microsoft is very good at sorting the problem. Just the battlefield 4 problem that has been going on for sometime now not allowing you to save. £50 on a game to sit on the self.a new update is on its way for it though.
