While googling for Derby Arms Bunkers Hill higher Bebington came across a downloadable pdf of the photos at the library
Sorry can't find the address to link to (was on the 2nd page of the above google)

[PDF]
Birkenhead Reference Library - Photo Index.pdf

www.wirral.gov.uk/downloads/5906‎

Have any of the other libraries or Archives have also done this? If so any links please.

Nice find, Derek.
309 pages, 40 items per page - all searchable in PDF - great!

I guess the reference number indicates where the document lives. They can't all be in the Cheshire Lines archives, can they?

Surely you need something in the librarys to go and look at?

Converted it into an excel to sort and search alphabetically.
There's quite a few photos I'd like to see.
Don't know if any of them are in the Archives.
Wonder if Wallasey library and Archives have a downloadable list of their photos.
I'll phone the libraries and Archives next week to ask

I got 592 pages as well, though on converting using Abbyy Finereader 11)to excel (office 97) there appears to be no text on some pages
