Just thought I'd warn you folks that somebody overnight has used black paint to daube garden walls and the side of a private house, with the following in large letters: CHELSEA L RIP. I saw a man before using a jet-wash in attempt to remove it from his wall. The saddo doing this is operating in the Millhouse Lane area. It might be your area tonight, so please be wary.
I've no idea who Chelsea was, but I don't think she would want people vandalising other people's property in her name.
There are some evil nutters out there.

I saw the guy scrubbing it off before when I went to tesco. Its also on a wall a few streets up. Bloody chavs.
