Well I never! I thought the weeds were only growing on the outside. Heh. I thought everyone knew about that. It's now up for sale at 300k freehold. Hope it gets bought up and turned into smart flats, New Brighton has enough pubs already.

Hope it gets bought up and turned into smart flats, New Brighton has enough pubs already. as far as i know, it has been bought and is being turned into flats
