I have one of these on a 24 month contract and pay about £16 a month for 15GByte allowance

Rang the chaps up today to ask when my contract ends (middle of September)

The point is that I am out the country for the next three or four months. and so I did not wish to renew my contract

Total pain to try and sort out, apparently I can not cancel my contract for at least two weeks at the earliest!

Tried telling them that I was not cancelling the contract, but just did not want them to automatically renew it.

You have to give them months notice to end?

I would like to think you can give as much notice as you want.
Providing its with at least 30 days warning.

Its a joke and i would love someone to dig into it and find that under x y z you can give as much notice as you wish.

Im convinced that half the time they make it up.

pay off your contract that's owing in full now and then cancel your direct debit . simple as that .you will owe nothing to them

they charge you extra for cancelling early
