Hi All. I have a router for sale This is mainly designed for people on the Cable network (virgin) but can be used on ADSL if you know what you are doing. The router is really good and has had very little use. it has a full screen display so with a quick glance you can see who is downloading what without the need to log in to the interface. very handy! Has excellent WIFI coverage also. £20

does this connect to the virgin router?
or directly to the white box on the wall.

This is a router and connects to the Virgin modem, not directly to the white wall box.

I am a pc thicko the blue (cat 5)cable from my virgin box to my laptop is fecked, will I still need a new one if I buy this? sorry if thats a lame ass question

Yes unless he includes any cables, you can get the cables from any decent computer shop, or PC World for a couple of quid.
