Just saw a meteor pass over New Brighton heading north
towards Formby. Lasted about 10 secs and then burnt out.
Slight gteen colour. 23:30ish

I Seen this out walking dog , my boyfriend had bent down to get dogs ball to throw and i kicking him (trying to say "quick look") the words just wouldn't come out quick enough ! by time he looked up the thing frazzled away an hes looking at me as if to say "you weirdo" lol
so glad someone else seen this as i was starting to think i was hallucinating when no one else reported seeing it.
what made it worse ...this second time! First i seen in nearly same place i was standing about 2-3 month ago at 2am with my friend who i told to look quick but was gone by time she did! she too told me i was seeing things i need sleep! Ha!...
in there faces !! lol

If you find the remains they are worth more than gold. You would not want it smashing through your roof though. Be OK if you were not in. New roof £7000 meteor fragments priceless.
