all busses have CCTV in i'm sure of it but i don't know if they release it to anyone but police.
i don't know the woodchurch area well so can't comment on potential locations
will put the facebook poster up in work tomorrow if he still hasn't been found in the hope that someone will notice him.
hope he's found soon.

Also I notice noones mentioned to try arrowe park hospital yet? Due to confidentiality they can't say if he's still there but you can phone them 678 5111 I think the number is, and ask if he has been in either to A&E or wards.
Something not too dissimilar happened to me about 12 months ago, won't bore anyone with details but it ended up being much ado about nothing as the missing person was actually in the royal in Liverpool safe and well, they just forgot to let us know...

If he has a bus pass
Information about you will be obtained in two ways. Initially, when you apply for a concessionary bus pass the Local Authority will process your application and hold your information in a database. This will be added to by the Local Authority when it receives information about you from the bus operator who will record details of your bus journey?
other suggestions I hope may help
Was he depressed or worried (Blockbusters closing down)or on any medication
Are the police actively doing anything and in contact with the family
1 Try local and Liverpool hospitals first
2 Which bus stop did he usually get on the bus (was it on the estate or main road)
Which Blockbusters did he work in
3 Which number bus and time it came usually.
4 Try the bus company to see if the driver recalls anything
5 Try to find out if any CCTV reveals anything (there are lots of cameras all over the place)
6 Does he have a mobile phone (not sure if that can be tracked to a location)
7 Try local media press/tv for anyone who either got that bus on a sunday about that time or was in that area of bus stop.
8 If he has a debit/visa card try to find out if there's been any cash withdrawals or used to buy anything.
The police would most probably check all these out

Hi I work for wirral council as part of the dog fouling team. We cover the entire Wirral. I will pass this on to all my collegues tomorrow for everyone to keep their eyes peeled. hope he is found safe.

Just hope hes bunked off work to go and travel to watch his footy team or something like that (everton away or man utd away?.) Hope he shows up well like the old fella few months back

Just heard on radio that the family are waiting for all CCTV footage of bus route etc and also say police are doing everything they can.
I was driving so only took in basic info but what I heard was that they married in Sept after being together for 8 years. They were at a party the night before and all was fine, he left for work with no mobile as it had ran out of charge.
I really hope he is found safe and well.

hope hes found very soon fit and well.. has anyone looked around Birkenhead park, when you think about it its not that far if he just wanted to walk around to sort things out in his head. lets hope he is very safe and well though x

I saw this on North West Tonight the other evening and found it very sad.
Hope he's found safe and well and if there's anything that can be done, even if its just sticking up a few "come home" posters at his favourite haunts, please ask.
