Yacht crew wanted for 38ft racing yacht based on the mersey. Experience not essential but a commitment and good level of fitness is. We race with a mixed crew of upto 12 - all ages!
We are a relatively new yacht sailing on the mersey and over the spring and summer months do some of the bigger offshore events (including Royal Ocean Racing Club / big regattas and other events).
We have a core crew of around 5 but need more people to race the Sunday series on the river. We race roughly 3 hours each Sunday (tides permitting). Please inbox me for more details.

1-10-1 rule is cold water survival if memory serves.

1 minute to get your breathing under control before attempting to get out, 10 minutes of useful efforts at escape before you run out of energy, then 1 hour before your heart stops.

Hi there, Very interested too. I used to be a bouson and 3rd mate on a 76ft Ketch for OYT North West. Got my RYA sea survival and power boat level 1. Would be great to get my musto's out again! Give me a email on here or [email protected] . Many thanks
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses
