THE majority of Wirral's 93 pharmacies will be closed during the Christmas period.
The following chemists will be open.
CHRISTMAS DAY, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 25:
Medicx Pharmacy, The Warrens Medical Centre, Arrowe Park Road, Thingwall: Midday-6pm.
Medicx Pharmacy, St Catherine’s Hospital, Church Road, Tranmere: Midday-6pm.
Manor Pharmacy, Station Approach, Meols: 10am-1pm.
Lloyds Pharmacy, Arrowe Park Hospital, Arrowe Park Road, Upton: 8.30am-10pm.
Carrington Chemist, Rake Lane, Wallasey: 9am-midday.
BOXING DAY, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 26:
Medicx Pharmacy, The Warrens Medical Centre, Arrowe Park Road, Thingwall: 7.30am-10pm.
Medicx Pharmacy, St Catherine’s Hospital, Church Road, Tranmere: 7.30am-10pm.
Boots, Grange Road, Birkenhead 10am-5pm.
Asda Pharmacy, Welton Road, Croft Retail Park, Bromborough: 9am-5pm.
Boots, The Precint, Bromborough: 8am-6pm.
Asda Pharmacy, Woodchurch Road, Upton: 9am-5pm.
All chemists will re-open on Wednesday.

shouldn't this be Boots on the complex B&C as I dont think Asda Bromborough has a pharmacy .

No Wednesday it is, unless paper have it wrong Source Don't believe everything you read in the papers. Paper has it wrong too. Wednesday is Boxing Day and there's a list of those open then. Things will be back to normal on Thursday.

Asda, Bromborough most certainly do have a pharmacy.
Incidentally, they are open until 11pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve too, if anyone is in need of one.
