If you can book into the panaramic , it's really good not cheap mind , but its the highest restaurant in liverpool . The view is not to be missed .

Well aware but to the best of my knowledge the Wallasey and Birkenhead tunnels don't shut for Christmas.

You suggested Hillbark, I said Hillbark was Wirral, you then said you had suggested it because the Birkenhead and Wallasey Tunnels were open. Think about it...............and then come back with an answer. I thought you had a degree!!
