Anyone know whats up in Borough road? Saw the police cordon off part of the pavement. Its the buildings that are not in use by the libary

My fella saw this yesterday he said the ripped up the shutters of one the shops so not sure what it was!! Ive seen people going in those flats ontop of the shops
But still dont know why sorry
