I have purchased an Olivetti d-Copia 300 copier/fax/printer. It is absolutely huge, but right now not much use as it has a User Code on it.
Does anyone know how to bypass these, remove them, or reset the machine so it doesn't ask for one when I turn it on.

have you tried using the default password at all? do you need to also input user name or simply just the password? or both?

It's just asking for a password, not a username. I don't know the default password

Just open it up and desolder the pcb battery for a few mins.
