Been busy this morning
Melon with ginger & marachinio cherries for starter. Home made chicken & vege soup with dumplings accompanied by home made bread (due out of the oven in 10 mins). Rhubarb for the pie to follow is just simmering nicely.

A mahoosive slice of Chocolate Cake at St. Caths this afternoon! I enjoyed it , ones innards did not I went to the st cath,s on thursday as well .enjoyed the chocolate cake as well,spent quite some time in loo at lymm services lol, very rich!
