hi all just a quick request really does anyone on here have any old pics of the woodchurch estate in particular from 60s , but any period would be great !!
and in particular anyone have any pics of the archway into the estate near the asda end ??
i beleive it was knocked down with the introduction of the new fangled double decker bus ??

try the Methodist church / Pemberton Centre. They've got lots of old pics from when they first opened.

Sorry, don't have any pics. There was never one arch, there was one each side of the road and they could be described as covered arches, as you had to walk through them (if my memory serves me right).
