I think I heard it last night. I thought it was kids with fireworks as there was 4 loud bangs, but the times seem to add up.

Borough Road still blocked off, just been to Arrowe Park, all looks normal, couldnt see any police, or at least no more than usual.

Regarding last night's shooting in Birkenhead - There have been rumours the victim is Paddy O'Doherty. This is factually INCORRECT No idea who this guy is, but this is the tweet that has just been posted by MerPol.
Sometimes Police Officers give more than just speeding tickets!

i work in st. caths and can confirm that as of now, borough rd is STILL blocked.
there's major rumour of the victim being paddy o'doherty (police might tweet differently to not alarm anyone or make the assailant brag) as he has relatives in the area (cousin i believe)
all busses are coming via derby road, traffic is hell, avoid the area if at all possible. we've also received no word from the police how long forensics will be there.
sod knows how long it'll take my bus to get here after work (155) so might just walk down to birkenhead and get the train home...
will keep you all posted if i hear anything,
