It should be fine if you get the engine as far forward as you can in the boot.

If you get stuck give me a shout, it'll go in the back of one of the Pajeros quite easily (as long as you can lift it that high), failing that I've got a Tow-A-Van box trailer you could borrow if you have a towbar.

Make sure the engine in "dry", oil adds to the weight and makes a mess when it falls over smile

Failing that, check out one of the firms like PalletLine, last engine/gearbox I sent to London cost me about 55, might be worth it with fuel costs.
