Hi Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has any old pics of the Holt hill Convent and grounds in Tranmere.
I'm asking because I now live in the grounds and I'm interested in the history of the place.
Many thanks for reading my post.

You might want to re-post this request on the history section, but here's a link with a bit of info on the convent to get you started anyway. Good luck:

The convent also has it's own website:

I think it might also come under Holt House, Tranmere on your search engine.

God help us,
Come yourself,
Don't send Jesus,
This is no place for children.

Many thanks to everyone that sent me Links in, Wonderful, I have spent happy moments reading and looking at all the pictures of the Convent and the insides.
I was intrigued by the Sandstone Post at the end of Elm Grove, like many others, I have walk right past it many-many times without noticing it has the wrong (or strange)Street Name, sure has me wondering.
I'm refering to the link

Thanks everyone
