Nice one Rude, I had dry fried rump steak, with sweet potato scallops and spring greens, I also nicked one of the missus's pork fillet escallopes, just to see that I'd cooked it right. I found it all very appetising but my bloody weight will be up again tomorrow no doubt.

Sarah, those who live by the takeaway, die by the takeaway. I love KFC when it's from an outlet where they know what they're doing, if they cock it up it's awful. We do our own version of it too, using thighs instead of legs and wings, delish. and now I've just been told I've got crumpets with my cocoa. Is there no end to it?

I used to like the KFC advert, the one where the fellah taps two floured-up drummers together.  Looked and also reminds me of such a giggle with Poods!! 'I love it when you double clap clap' hahaha

Just had a full English and then it's liquid lunch this aft, for as long as it takes and this evening remains to be seen, probably sweet and sour pork with boiled rice. My weight was up this a.m. How can you put 2lb on in a day? Answers on the back of a green shield stamp.
