Im so chuffed that the building which has stood as a derilict eyesore,at the bottom of belle vue rd in seacombe , is at last being bull dozed. the noise is a bit of a nuisance, but ill not complain, im soo chuffed its being demolished. its funny looking doen my road now, i can see across the rd to the five bars.

haha im not a fan of the pub, and dont frequent it, but its just strange being able to see across the road, instead of the big ugly grey building being at the bottom of the road. it must be a releif for the people who live in the new houses in the little close, they had it right in front of them for a view.

I wonder what if anyrhing will go ther now ?

Hi Sarah, noticed this yesterday, will look a lot better without that burnt out mess there, I think the shouldn't of knocked the la bank down though, that's just wasteland now.
