French fries.
Deep fried on a medium heat until soft, then remove from the hot fat.
Let the chips go cold and whack up the fryers temp, to max.
Whack em back in and salivate as you watch the outer of the chip go crisp and brown!!
Shake, dry on kitchen paper and Eat
with salt and vinegar, to taste. Gorge combo of crispiness/ fluffiness. yum.
