Today it's belly pork with hot chilli sauce drizzled on, yummee. For tomorrow I've just made my bolognaise sauce to go with the scotch beef meatballs, left for 24 hours for the flavours to permeate, this will be eaten with spaghetti, just too much.

full of oriental flavour there tony, unfortunately i'm not a fan of turkey, the bird that is. Love Sarah's bacon butties though.

i popped into the chinese supermarket after uni, as you can see ive chosen well, my mum got me into using turkey more than chicken and ive grown used to it.
