Hello, I was wondering if someone could offer me some advice please.
I have some alloy wheels here which are a bit scuffed and have been taken off my car as I got new ones.
Is there scrap value in them? They are 18 inch and have 225/40/18 tyres on. 3 are pretty much worn down but 1 is new as I got a puncture a couple of months ago - it's one of these:-

I think I might keep the tyre for when one of the fronts need replacing on the new ones as the rears are 265/35/18.
Are they worth anything scrap? Where would I take them?

Thanks for the advice. I'm not sure they're worth much more than scrap to be honest. They've had more than one 'girlfriend meets kerb' incident in the couple of years they've been on. If it was £50 a wheel to refurb then I doubt they'd be worth much more than the £200 spent.
Any idea of scrap value?

I will take the one with the decent tyre somewhere to have it removed. Not sure how much they'll charge but it'll be worth it to keep the tyre as from memory it was the wrong side of £100 in the first place. The other tyres... if I deflate and attack with a good knife, will I be able to get them off myself?

Hate to see alloy wheel go to heaven mate. Can u take a pic? Also what car did they come off? How many stud? Quite easy to repair an alloy your self wit time and patience, especially if tyre is removed.
