How do I share a calender in Microsoft Outlook 2003, with another user on a network, both computers are using Microsoft Office 2003. One laptop is running win 7, and desktop is running vista, both computers are networked

Hi I think you need to be running Microsoft small business server.(Exchange)
If you are, then you need to set up permissions to access each other calendar.This is done in outlook on the tabs down the left side of the screen.
Sorry this isn't more technical just trying to remember off the top of my head, link here...

think there are a few free ones that are hosted virtually, you have to pay if you want it to work with outlook though, free one here

You should consider using google cloud, that probably has the function and with it being cloud based it will work perfectly from any computer.
