I have a one bedroomed flat to rent in Leasowe on the new Barratt estate. It is open plan lounge/kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, intercom, balcony, parking space.
It is a lovely flat and the current tenant has been there since new 3 years ago and is only moving as she needs a bigger property.
Its close to bus routes/trains and motorway.
The rent is £425 per calendar month.

Have you rented privately before? We were thinking of putting it through an agent so would that be a problem for you?
