just a few queries to alex
Do we meet outside by 7 o'clock and then go in as a group, or is there a reception area in the brewery just in case it's lashing down.Usually someone turns up after the stated time - do we wait until all on named list have arrived or can latecomers if any still come in

Derek, it'll be dark so I suggest we just go inside as we arrive. Nobody wants to be standing around on Corporation Road!

Ok chaps.
Spoken to brewery, I'm giving final numbers Sunday 6pm.
They usually require final numbers 7 days prior so they're being accommodating which is nice.
I'm saving Sunday to collect final monies, collate the final list, and get it to the brewery.
I'd appreciate everyone who still owes money to contact me via PM with preferred time of collection and address to collect from.
I'll confirm via return.
