Thank you - sooner the better please so I can plan my day.
OK guys, I have told my guy in the brewery that I will have firm numbers over to him by Monday so if anyone wants adding to the list please let me know so I can grab the deposit off you over the weekend.
Further to this, they have been informed that, under no uncertain circumstances, are they to accept increases in numbers after this date unless it comes from me.
This is to protect the interests of the members who have put their own money down as any 'no-show' would be taken from the deposit.
I hope this is all clear and I look forward to seeing you all on the night. Any issues, post up or PM me - or if you have my number feel free to give me a shout.

Is it any wonder nobody trusts you!? Alex i never quoted your name, they did, and i never said id cleared things with you, all i said was "is there still spaces availlable and can you pay on the night and they said yes thats fine as long as they know how many by Tuesday at the latest.
