Hi
I need a Corgi registered plumber/gas fitter for some maintenance and a landlords cert on a heating system.
First is our current house in Bromborough.
We need the heating system servicing and checking. Few cold spots on rads and boiler service. Also gas fire checking and testing.
Second is the house in Birkenhead that we will be renting out.
I need a full system check, service and overhaul and a cert issuing. Also the gas cooker checking and cert issued. It also needs a rad fitting on a wall. The original was removed years ago to fit a corner settee. The pipework is still there below the floor, cut back and joined together.
PM me with details please if anyone can do. need to be clean, efficient and reliable. No bullshit please, ive installed home systems myself, just cant test and cert.
