Blocked due to accident from b n q to wallasey slip.
If you want to get to liverpool use the wallasey slip road just off dock road.
Car over turned.
Both carriage ways closed.
Expect delays until 11am
You can see the accident as you come over toyota flyover.

I hope they're ok  Traffic has come to complete standstill. Its backed up way towards the Moreton/Upton turn off. Cars are still moving on the tunnel access bit though (the left lane).
