I would call those "trailing-arm-bushes" myself, that picture looks like its fresh from Powerflex

how easy are they to change, as mine have started squeaking, and where can i buy them, also need o/s lower arm

defo them squeaking, i tried to put wd40 on them, but there is no way to squirt it on to the rubbers

Buy a new/breaker's beam. Those bushes are not easy to get back in.
