Currently at vale park, there's a large crowd developed and runners going past, everyone cheering and people running past??????

Think there was a 10k Marathon in Liverpool today (my sister is taking part in it), so maybe its similar to that?

Ahhh, the Liverpool marathon apparently. She must be running this side of the water then haha! I thought it was in Liverpool and got too much on to go cheer her along! Would have gone along for a bit if id have realised it was this side of the water!!
