hi, does anyone know what happened outside the saddle pub on martins lane tonite about 8 ? there was about 5 police cars outside

The bloke doing the painting is Derek Hughes the licensee of the Saddle, he used to paint various Wallasey scenes and then hang them on the wall of the pub,if you were interested in buying a painting the price was always on the back of the ones for sale.
He left there in the seventies so date wise it is before then.
