No does not need re tubing as it was done just before I got it apparently.
First come first served with this, it's top and bottom, the plastic where your head goes is cracked but I just stick a pillow there.

Someone is picking it up tomorrow, I've just moved it to outside my front door, if they don't pick it up by the afternoon I'll re post a msg and the first person to come gets it.
