Hi guys, I am coming home after 42 years and if anybody can recommend a good hotel. I was looking at the River Hill in Oxton.
All suggestions most helpful.

the village hotel in bromborough , it has a leisure pool and gym , depends where you call home , and if you have a car

Couldn't recommend any hotels but welcome home cobber.

Yes Summer, we will only be there for 3 nights. My wife is Australian so I want to make sure she sees as much as possible.

Yes the River hill is a good hotel as is the Grove House
in Grove Road Wallasey ,they are both in the same ownership !

The riverside hotel is a excellent place to say.
with a nice pub that do meals 200 yards from the place Call the canorvan pub

Try the ilmost uknown sleep station in birkenhead/ hamilton square. The rooms are nice. They dont advitise either so its a bit of a secret hotel

The Shrewsbury lodge hotel, my in-laws always stay there and have always been happy with both accom and food

avoid the sleep station though , not had good reports from there fella

my son has stayed at the shrewsbury lodge several times and always has a good word for them, no probs with the hotel for food and service
