I have a Packard Bell imedia s3720 PC for Sale with the following spec: Intel Quad Core Q8300 2.5mhz processor 3 gb Ram 320gb HDD Windows 7 Home premium edition Very quick PC, hardly used. I Have since acquired a netbook and is rarely used It cost me nearly £600 and am looking for around £300 for it, any questions please ask. This is what the pc looks like: http://jmhline.nl/cms_public/imgcache/p__55a300b8cdec14b93ee57f3c97b9e1a4.jpg

Just looked on that site and apart from them not actually having any for sale (so even if you want one you can't have it) the PC linked to is a refurbished one not brand new. If you check delivery it'll also cost between £15 and £35 to get it to you, unless you want to wait a week, so I don't think his price as a starting point for a quick haggle is too far out, especially as it includes a 19" monitor
