any one got one they do not use any more,but it only needs to be small,not one of the big massive things seen in garages.

I can borrow you one if you like, I have a large one (ahem), and a small one for small stuff. You'll need to buy the air hose though (£5 new). Actually, it is quite noisey.

i have a 24ltr clarke one, motors been rebuilt recently by me as it was seized. slightly noisey and likes to move! make me an offer!

thanks mate but even that sounds too big for my needs,think after a quick look on e-bay that what i am after is a bit of a specialist item,i was thinking a smallish tabletop compressor as it wil be used in the house.how big is a 24 litre compressor?

Airbrushes can also be used off compressed air canisters for mobility. Try the model/hobby shops.

got one of those cannisters with the air brush,guy in shop reckons it will last about 25 minutes,which is why i was thinking of a compressor...anyone ever tried using one of those compressors that you can use in your car for pumping up tyres,think they are also power station things,that is the sort of size i am looking for

Why don't you get a tyre adaptor, you just pump up a car wheel/tyre and it lasts for ages.
