The different posts about dogs usually go over my head but I can
now understand how much dogs mean to you thanks Derek. I know I go over the top at times. I look at it this way; animals have no voice, so they need people to speak for them. I hope Rosie is found soon, but these little dogs are big business and fetch a lot of money. lets hope someone has taken her in and will see the notices etc and give her back to your friend. good luck.
