Hi, I passed the rose and crown earlier on Poulton road and there were police everywhere. Does anyone know what it is about?

I live by the Rose & Crown, and have seen at least three fire engines pass our house on seperarte occasions this evening and heard loads of sirens, but haven't seen anything.... I'd like to know what's going on too?!

I went past at about 7:15pm and there was a Police van and an ambulance. Not sure what happened as I went past on the bus.

Apprently, a car has been torched outside it, according to rumour, the garage on liscard road (i think) with cost cutters, the guy was moving his money to the post office and was followed, and shot at. then whoever did it torched a car or something- sounds simular to the yorkshire bank story in birkenhead tho

it was a girl who had hung herself. and the car burnt out was up by the sandbank.

heard about the hanging but didnt know where very sad
