SCR and Merseywaves used to move around too.
I, for my sins, once had a phone in on *my* show, whilst we were set up in the heights on the Woodchurch. We used the phonebox on salacre lane for the calls, and had 10 minutes only to take requests and stuff, with a very knackered Glyn IIRC running to and fro from the phonebox. We watched it get raided from the bedroom window whilst playing Harry Nillsons "Cant live without you".......lol.
My theme tune was Taffys' "I love my radio", top tune of the day.
Oh, and i used the pseudonym of Rob Newman.

Weed FM used to broadcast from a boat out in Liverpool Bay or something, dont know how accurate that is but would love to of thought this was true. Legendary station all the prisoners at Walton Jail used to ring in for requests for songs!
